What is included in the Engage Suite?
Four modules for the SSCV2 Agent Desktop: CTI (telephony), Portal (customer self-service), Extend (embeddable widgets), and WhatsApp (messaging). Each module can be subscribed independently — or combined.
What does Engage cost?
Modules cost CHF 14–19 per user per month, the suite bundle CHF 49 per user per month, and Engage Portal starts at CHF 490 per month per tenant. 10 user minimum, billed annually — details on the pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every Engage module comes with a 10-day free trial — no credit card. Sign up, we set up your environment, and you get access by email.
Do we need our own SAP BTP setup to run Engage?
No. Engage is multi-tenant SaaS, built and operated by Spadoom on SAP BTP. You subscribe, we run the platform — your team only needs SSCV2.
Does Engage work with both SAP Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2?
Yes. All four modules plug into the Agent Desktop that both products share — sales and service teams work with the same extensions.
