Do I need all Engage modules?

No, each module can be subscribed independently. Choose only the modules that fit your needs: CTI for telephony, Portal for customer self-service, Extend for custom widgets, or WhatsApp for messaging.

How is pricing structured?

Per named user per month. Engage CTI and Engage WhatsApp come in a Standard and a Professional edition, and together as a bundle. 10 user minimum, billed annually; monthly billing is available at +25%. Volume discounts: 10% from 50 users, 20% from 150, 30% from 300. Enterprise, installed in your own SAP BAIP with a direct contract, is available on request from 50 users. Engage Portal is priced per tenant.
